On August 21, 2017 the sun and the moon came together to present us with a truly remarkable natural phenomenon known as the Total Solar Eclipse.  The Moffett Place held a camping, viewing and vendor venue to commemorate the eclipse.  It will forever be remembered as a hugely successful and spectacular event.  Thank you to all that chose The Moffett Place as their campground, viewing, and vendor venue.  Our guests and vendors were truly the most wonderful, respectful and gracious people, making the whole experience that much more enjoyable.  We hope that your time with us for the eclipse will be remembered fondly.  Thank you so much, from the Moffett and Shulde families.
